Found why mail was failing across Microsoft 365, fixed 7 DNS and authentication records, and handed over steps to keep it stable. Inbox placement recovered to 93.2%.

A fractional finance platform on Microsoft 365 and Squarespace. Emails were landing in spam or bouncing, and the website was being flagged as unsafe.

Full audit of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS and domain reputation. Fixed the misconfigurations and moved the domains to Cloudflare for proper control.
